Stephen & Miranda's light-flooded home shines with a masterful use of colour; UK

Interior designer Stephen Nash and his wife Miranda May have created a timeless and future-proofed home with a carefully planned extension, a pared-back colour palette, and an abundance of vintage finds. Nestling between ‘super-hip’ Dalston and ‘lovely, chic’ Islington is a leafy area of Hackney called De Beauvoir Town, which Midlands-born Stephen Nash and his wife Miranda May, an events manager from Bath, feel incredibly lucky to call home; it is here the couple have transformed a once dark and dated Victorian semi-detached house into a contemporary and flexible family home filled with inherited pieces and vintage finds.
