Holiday home in Provence takes its cue from California

The Paris-based owners of this newly built house in the Var region of Provence asked Les Baux-based architect and interior designer David Price to design a thoroughly modern holiday home. They wanted a Palm Springs feeling from the 50's and 60's. The floors are a soft grey Florentine stone while the curved roof is made of patinated zinc of a similar colour. Designer furniture does the rest.
